Loan Clears for Irvine Apartment Complex

Forest City Properties said Tuesday that it has financing for a $100-million apartment development in Irvine.
The company said Dia Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. approved a $93-million loan, clearing the way for construction to begin on the 755-unit complex at Jamboree Road and Campus Drive.
