What a great idea! I’m all for the developers not being permitted to hire their own experts to prepare reports on the environmental impact of their projects.
I live in the northwest end of Chatsworth and have been living the Porter Ranch nightmare as well as attending hearings on the Porter Ranch development.
I have subsequently become painfully aware of the fact that the politicians and developers are “in bed together.”
I’m becoming a bit weary of the public being treated as though we’re all mindless sheep following the nonsensical verbosity of our benevolent shepherds (Councilman Hal Bernson, et al.)
Although the article was good, it should have been relegated to the comics section!
