Robert C. Little was named president of Irvine Retail Properties Co., which operates the Irvine Co.’s 20 shopping centers as a unit of the Newport Beach developer. Little was for six years senior vice president of JMB/Urban Development Co., responsible for developing malls, among them MainPlace/Santa Ana, in the western states.
