The Southern California High School Basketball games, with all-star teams from the City Section and Southern Section, are today at the Forum. The girls’ game, featuring Lisa Leslie of Morningside, begins at noon; the boys’ game, featuring Shon Tarver of Oxnard Santa Clara, follows.
