In his final effort of the Santa Anita season, Times handicapper Bob Mieszerski lost $50 Monday when Latest Release, the first half of his parlay to Sports View, ran third in the fifth race. Bob, who started the meeting with a mythical $1,000 bankroll, wound up at $725.40.
