Plans for the recreational facility, a 15,000-square-foot building at 17015 Burbank Blvd., will include a gymnasium and an auditorium.
Also included will be a stage, three meeting rooms, a kitchen, offices and restrooms.
Construction is expected to begin this summer. Completion of the building is expected by summer, 1991.
