Richard T. Williams has been named president of Long Beach-based Memorial Health Services. He will oversee operations of the Memorial Health Services system, which includes Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills and Memorial Health Technologies in Huntington Beach. He previously was president of Janis Pacific Inc. in San Luis Obispo, a consulting company.
