The Calgary Flames’ Paul Ranheim scored the winner at 9:04 of the third period as Team USA defeated Finland, 2-1, in the World Hockey Championships at Bern, Switzerland.
It was the Americans’ third consecutive victory and gave them a 3-4 record and fifth place in the preliminary round.
