Court OKs Tax Hikes by Judges

What’s going on in this country? The Supreme Court which is supposed to protect our constitutional rights is giving them away and replacing these rights with court-derived, mandated laws. Recently we had a judge impose a decision instead of a jury; a judge impose taxes on a school district which was upheld by the Supreme Court; and the Supreme Court not only impose a limitation on religious freedom, but go beyond that to say that only mainstream religions will be tolerated.
The Constitution gives Congress the right to impeach members of the court. Maybe it’s time for Congress to do something right and defend the Constitution.
