NAMES IN THE NEWS : Governor Gains 2nd Grandson

LINCOLN, Neb. — Gov. Kay Orr has another constituent.
Her second grandchild, Alexander James Gage, was born at 12:30 a.m. today at Lincoln’s St. Elizabeth Community Health Center. The son of Jim and Suzanne Orr Gage weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces. He came one day after Mother’s Day and the day before the Nebraska primary election in which Mrs. Orr is seeking the Republican nomination for governor.
“It would have been nice to have a Mother’s Day present, but a baby is a gift from God and it’s just as sweet a present the day after,” Mrs. Orr said.
The Gages have another son, Taylor Christian, 2.
