Trademark Infringement Suit: Fila Sport, S.p.A., an Italian apparel manufacturer, sued Los Angeles importer Jose Guerstein in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, claiming that he has been manufacturing, distributing and selling counterfeit Fila shoes. The case seeks an order stopping sales of counterfeit Fila products, plus unstated damages. (Filed May 15, 1990. Case No. 90-2458)
