On the Board Again: Willie Nelson is carrying a business card these days--as a corporate chairman of the board for the new Cowboy Channel. The country crooner is attending the National Cable Television Assn.’s annual convention in Atlanta, trying to drum up support among local cable systems for the network, which will feature cowboy movies and country music when it begins telecasts in November. “Traveling around the country and around the world, at 2 o’clock in the morning or 2 o’clock in the afternoon, it’s very difficult to find what I like to see, which is a good Western movie or some good music,” Nelson said.
