VENTURA : Man, 31, Arrested on Drug Charge

Police arrested a 31-year-old Ventura man on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale, authorities said Thursday.
Tom Ray Floyd was taken into custody at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday after Ventura police found an ounce of methamphetamines and a pound of marijuana in his room at the Pacific Inn at 350 Thompson Ave., Sgt. Steve Bowman said. Police also recovered drug paraphernalia, Bowman said.
