ON KEY: Soprano Deborah Voigt, the 28-year-old Cal State Fullerton grad who won first prize in the international Tchaikovsky vocal competition (B1), finds it “all a bit overwhelming. . . . I felt that I sang very well. But I was very surprised when I won. There were some really fine singers here,” the former Anaheim resident said from Moscow. . . . Her 5,000-ruble prize may be a paltry $140 to $480, but its international prestige more than makes up for it.
