Occidental Hires Swim, Water Polo Coaches

Occidental College has hired coaches for its swimming and water polo teams.
Peggy Lynn Carl, who will coach the men’s and women’s swimming teams, comes to Occidental from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., where she coached the women’s team.
After coaching the Glendale High swimming and water polo teams, Pete Loporchio will take over the Occidental water polo team. Loporchio majored in physical education at Cal State Northridge.
