* Donald M. Earhart, who was recently appointed president and chief operating officer of I-Flow Corp., has been named to the additional post of chief executive and has joined the board of directors.
Earhart had been president of the optical division of Allergan Inc. before joining I-Flow last month.
Before that, he was corporate vice president of Bausch & Lomb and was operations manager for Abbott Laboratories. He has also served as an engineering consultant at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., and as an engineer with Eastman Kodak.
I-Flow, based in Irvine, designs and develops infusion systems for the intravenous administration of drugs.
