Charter Pacific’s Income Up 42% for 2nd Quarter

Charter Pacific Bank in Agoura Hills reported that its net income for the second quarter that ended June 30 soared 42% to $330,000, from $232,000 a year earlier. The bank had assets on June 30 of $70.9 million, representing a 22% increase from $58.2 million a year before.
For the first half of 1990, Charter Pacific earned $760,000, up 58% from $482,000 in the first half of 1989.
