Pomona Professor Gets Research Award

Pomona College chemistry professor Wayne Steinmetz has received a Partners in Science Award from Research Corp. to continue work on erythromycin begun last summer.
The program links high school science teachers with college researchers to improve secondary science education.
Steinmetz is working on the project with Richard Bersch, a science teacher at Glendora High School.
