Baldwin Hills : Public Service Workshop

Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter will host a workshop designed to help residents of Baldwin Hills, Crenshaw, and Leimert Park improve their communities by learning how to deal with government and private agencies.
The workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 13, at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 3033 W. Vernon Ave. It will cover crime prevention, land-use planning, human relations, and other areas.
