Critiquing the Movies
Hello? Hollywood? Listen up!
I and my wide circle of women friends of a--umm--certain age (however, still within that all important 18-to-49 group of consumers) adore films. More importantly, we want to go to the cinema to see them.
But we want to see realistic love and life, laughter, human situations with which we can identify.
We want to see Tom Selleck (well, OK, I want to see Tom Selleck), Mel Gibson, Meryl Streep and Kathleen Turner in movies that speak to our sensibilities.
So why not humor us with some films catering to our crowd? I’ll wager that everyone would be winners.
