Jonathan’s Acquisition: Fullerton-based Jonathan Manufacturing Corp. has acquired the aluminum slide division of Grant Hardware Co. of West Nyack, N.Y. No purchase price was disclosed. The division, formerly part of Grant Hardware’s operation in the City of Industry, will be moved to Fullerton. Grant Hardware will move another part of the City of Industry operation to Missouri, said William Wachtel, a spokesman for Jonathan Manufacturing. Jonathan Manufacturing designs and makes precision aluminum and steel slide mechanisms for the aerospace, military, industrial and commercial markets.
