Harvard 27, Bell-Jeff 7--Kent Dahn rushed for 118 yards in 17 carries and two touchdowns to lead Harvard (5-1, 1-0) at home. Dahn, who broke away on a 49-yard run in the fourth quarter for Harvard’s final score, carried 11 times on the Saracens’ opening series and ran in from three yards to cap the 14-play, 82-yard drive.
Quarterback Steve Kezirian connected with Stafford Lee on a 28-yard scoring pass, and Bobby Bell scored on a one-yard plunge in the second quarter as the Saracens built a 20-0 advantage.
Alfred Silva returned the ensuing kickoff 77 yards for Bell-Jeff’s lone score.
