Ronald Li Sentenced to Prison: The former chairman of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, who helped transform the British colony’s bourse into one of the best-known in Asia, was sentenced to four years in prison for corruption. Li, 61, was also ordered to pay an estimated $1.4 million in court costs and profits reaped from his corrupt acts. The high-rolling stock exchange chairman was convicted of violating Hong Kong’s Bribery Prevention Ordinance.
