Shamrock Holdings Cuts Stake in Enterra to 12%

Shamrock Holdings, a Burbank-based investment firm controlled by Roy E. Disney, cut its stake in Enterra Corp. to 12% of the company’s stock from 14.9%.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Shamrock said it sold 432,180 shares to New York investor James G. Goren on Oct. 15 for $15 a share, or $6.5 million. Shamrock now owns 1.9 million shares.
Enterra, based in Houston, provides oil-field services.
