ROUNDUP : Radka, Treglown Lead Royal to 22-1 Victory in Water Polo

Mike Radka and Tim Treglown each scored four goals Wednesday to lead the Royal High water polo team to a 22-1 victory over Simi Valley in a Marmonte League match at Rancho Simi Pool in Simi Valley.

Greg Isaacs and Will Spencer added three goals each for Royal (18-3, 7-0 in league play).

The Highlanders can clinch their 10th consecutive league title with a victory at Agoura on Friday.

GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL

Birmingham d. Canoga Park, 15-4, 15-4, 15-3--Tina Larson had 11 kills and Meredith Lewis added nine to lead Birmingham (10-2, 7-1) in a Valley Pac-8 Conference match at Canoga Park.

Sylmar d. North Hollywood, 15-1, 15-4, 15-7--Griselda Vasquez had nine kills and three blocks for host Sylmar (11-1, 7-1) in a Valley Pac-8 Conference match.

WOMEN’S SOCCER

Cal Lutheran 3, Occidental 1--Rachel Wackerman, Adele Iniquez and Candace Deutsch each scored goals for visiting Cal Lutheran (11-4) in a nonconference match.

MEN’S SOCCER

Cal Lutheran 4, Occidental 2--Ricky Myers scored two goals and assisted on another for host Cal Lutheran (12-3-2) in a nonconference match. Alberto Gutierrez and Tim Ward each added goals for Cal Lutheran.

MEN’S WATER POLO

Whittier 16, Occidental 8--Darrell Spence scored four goals for Occidental (3-12, 1-3) in a Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match at Whittier.
