Elizabeth Barker, president and chief operating officer of Software Toolworks Inc. in Novato, has resigned for family reasons. Robert Lloyd, who joined the company in September as president of its consumer products division, will replace Barker, who will remain on the company’s board. Software Toolworks makes games for the Nintendo video game system and for personal computers.
