Voter Apathy, Dissatisfaction

Voters who vote for big-ticket bonds and taxes should be required to send a check to the appropriate treasurer for their part of the voted indebtedness. Checks should be sent 30 days after the election. The rest of us can wait for the tax man.
Voters will be deciding on more than $7.233 billion in bonds and at least a 1.5-cent increase in sales tax.
Whose gonna pay for all this, you ask? Why, you and I, of course.
