I am writing in response to your editorial (Oct. 26) which calls for a no vote on Measure A.
Your argument against Measure conveniently avoids any suggestion as to what should be done with the growing population of inmates. Perhaps they will qualify as homeless and be eligible for the $10 million in Prop. K that is allocated for transitional housing?
