MISSION VIEJO : City Invites Entries for Lighting Contest

Entries are being sought for the 18th annual citywide Christmas lighting contest for homes.
The deadline to enter is Dec. 13. Judging begins Dec. 14 in five categories--religious, animation, humorous, creative and best overall lighting.
Winners of the contest, sponsored by the Mission Viejo Activities Committee and coordinated by San Diego Gas & Electric Co., will receive Christmas floral arrangements donated by area florists.
Entry forms are available at several community outlets, including local recreation centers. Call the Mission Viejo Activities Committee at (714) 830-7066 for contest information.
