SNUBBED: Disneyland’s entertainment division will stage Pete Wilson’s Inaugural Ball in Sacramento next month, but it’s not going to be some Mickey-Mouse setup. Wilson fund-raiser Carolyn Dorsee says the park is planning a “sophisticated, black-tie affair. . . . Mickey Mouse isn’t going to come running out.”
