The $12,000 Scream: A Sacramento woman who said a disc jockey kicked in the restroom stall she was in and recorded her screams for broadcast has won a $12,000 settlement. An attorney said Monday that the settlement for Cathy Baillargeon was reached during a discussion with representatives of the defendants, the Black Angus restaurant, disc jockey Dan Walker and radio station KROY. She alleged in her suit that she was sitting on a toilet in the restroom of the Black Angus restaurant when Walker kicked open the stall door, captured her screams on a microphone and said she had won the “Best Buns” contest.
