Ventura Defender Commits to New Mexico St.

Al Sanderson, a sophomore defensive back from Ventura College, has orally committed to New Mexico State and will enroll next week, according to Ventura football Coach Dick James.
Sanderson was a first-team All-Western State Conference Northern Division selection last season.
Offensive linemen Dean Ables and Tran Sanders will walk on at Fresno State. Offensive guard Carl Brewer will walk on at Humboldt State and defensive lineman Brian Bass will play for UC Santa Barbara, James said.
