Short Takes : ‘Ghost’ Has Made $400 Million

Romance-mystery “Ghost,” the nation’s top-grossing film of 1990, has taken in more than $400 million in worldwide revenues, Paramount Pictures announced Monday.
Paramount said the film had grossed $405.3 million as of Sunday, including $209.7 million in the United States and Canada, $39.6 million in the United Kingdom, $36.1 million in Japan and $19.5 million in Germany.
“Ghost,” starring Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze, has passed Universal Studios’ 1985 hit “Back to the Future” for the No. 10 spot on the all-time box-office list.
