Charles Barkley will wear a cast on his injured left foot for a week and probably miss at least three more games, the Philadelphia 76ers said. Barkley, who is averaging 30.8 points per game this season, apparently suffered the injury Friday. The team said a bone scan indicated a ligament may have pulled off a fragment of bone in his left ankle.
