Meet Ralph the Mouse: The winner of the Andrew Carnegie Medal for excellence in children’s video will be screened Saturday as the opening event of an eight-day international festival of children’s films. “Ralph S. Mouse,” a 40-minute video based on the novel by Beverly Cleary, was produced by Churchill Entertainment as an ABC Weekend Special. It will be shown at 1 p.m., at the Gallery Theater in Barnsdall Art Park in Los Angeles, where all the films in the free festival will be presented.
