In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Hughes group said it bought 110,267 additional shares of Storage Equities between Dec. 21 and Jan. 2 for $6.50 to $6.62 a share.
The group also received 34,601 Storage Equities shares between Dec. 1 and Jan. 1 as part of a separate consolidation of several limited partnerships into the Public Storage organization, the SEC filing stated.
