War Fallout: The world’s biggest music industry market, MIDEM, currently being held in Cannes, is experiencing a significant reduction in American attendance, presumably due to fear of terrorism. Although companies attending say business has not been affected, the five-day market, which opened Sunday, has a decidedly European feel to it, some say.
