Hot Spot: Rancho Santa Margarita officials are happy campers themselves, these days.
The planned community remains one of the most active new home real estate markets in the county, with 225 sales reported since Jan. 1.
The sales are spread fairly evenly among 17 projects built by nine different builders, RSM spokeswoman Diane Gaynor said.
Prices run from a low of about $105,000 for a one-bedroom condominium in one development to a bit over $400,000 for a 4,000-square-foot detached home on the community’s new golf course.
