Another Peek at ‘Peaks’: ABC’s moody and ominous “Twin Peaks” will return to the air in a new time slot, Thursdays at 9 p.m., beginning March 28. “Gabriel’s Fire,” which has been in that spot, had its last Thursday airing this week and now will be on hiatus until late April when it’s due back with new episodes in a new time.
