The KCBS Interview With Bradley

Concerning Steve Weinstein’s “KCBS Refuses to Apologize to Bradley” (March 30), about Bree Walker and Michael Tuck’s interview of the mayor:

As a newcomer, I’m sampling L.A. news broadcasts in an effort to find a favorite. I was stunned when I saw the Channel 2 interview. Walker’s “performance” was the rudest, most unprofessional example of journalism I’ve seen in years.

The Times’ transcript could not convey her belligerence or Tom Bradley’s face as it went from exasperation to disbelief.
