WORLD IN BRIEF : ISRAEL : Israeli Troops Kill Youth, Arabs Allege

Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian youth to death during a stone-throwing protest in an occupied West Bank Palestinian refugee camp, Arab reports said. And in the Gaza Strip, Israeli troops wounded three Palestinian protesters, Arab doctors said. Mohammed Enayin, 14, was shot in the eye as protesters pelted soldiers with rocks at the Fara refugee camp, near the West Bank city of Nablus. He died on his way to a nearby U.N. clinic, the reports said. The army command said it is checking on the incident.
