No-Fault Insurance
The real reason the California Trial Lawyers Assn. opposes Wilson’s proposal for no-fault auto insurance is because it slows down trial lawyers’ money greed. If no-fault auto insurance becomes law, the trial lawyers will have “pain and suffering” in their pocketbooks. Then they will have to win their jackpots of gold from the state lottery instead of the insurance companies, paid for by the poor and middle-income drivers. I urge all California drivers and voters to support Wilson’s no-fault proposal. The money you save may be your own.
