Ustinov on Hold: Peter Ustinov’s one-man “An Evening With . . . ,” slated to open next month at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood, has been postponed until the fall. Ustinov, who performs only six shows a week, would prefer a larger theater, said William Cohen, the show’s general manager. The most likely alternative--Beverly Hills’ Wilshire Theatre--is booked during the previously scheduled dates.
