Daniel W. Douglass has joined Cook Inlet Energy Supply, Los Angeles, as president and chief operating officer. Douglass was formerly with Coastal Corp., a Houston-based diversified oil and gas company. He was vice president of business development and regulatory affairs for Coastal Gas Marketing and vice president of marketing for Wyoming-California Pipeline Co.
