Carolco Pictures Inc., Los Angeles, said it received consents to certain technical amendments to the indenture covering its 14% senior notes due 1993 from holders of $61.9 million principal amount. The note holders represent 78.7% of the $75.6 million of the notes outstanding . . . Englewood, Colo.-based Equitex Inc. said it acquired common stock and warrants in Sports Acquisition Corp. translating into an ownership interest of about 50% in the company, formed to buy MacGregor Sports Inc.
