EL RIO : Boy, 14, Arrested on Molestation Charge

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 3-year-old girl while he was baby-sitting a group of children in El Rio, authorities said Thursday.
The boy, whose name was not released, was being held in Ventura County Juvenile Hall, Sheriff’s Lt. Joe Harwell said.
The alleged molestation apparently occurred between 6 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, authorities said.
