Buffton Sells a Pair of Its Subsidiaries

FT. WORTH — Buffton Corp. has sold National Pipe Co. in Binghamton N.Y., to LCP National Plastics Inc.
The company also sold National Conduit Co. of Thomasville, Ga., to Jaakko Uuranniemi, its former owner.
The company received a combined $15.4 million for the sales.
