Alexander Levran has joined EPE Technologies Inc. in Costa Mesa as vice president for engineering, research and development. He was formerly vice president of engineering at Teledyne Inet in Torrance. Levran also held the posts of vice president of research and development, chief engineer and section manager. EPE, a subsidiary of Merlin Gerin in Grenoble, France, produces equipment for the protection, conditioning and distribution of electrical power.
