REAL ESTATE : 2 Deloitte & Touche Divisions Relocated to MacArthur Place

The Big Six accounting firm Deloitte & Touche moved its Orange County tax department and real estate consulting business to 40,000 square feet on two floors at Three Imperial Promenade at MacArthur Place in Santa Ana.
In late 1989, the accounting firm Deloitte Haskins & Sells merged with Touche Ross & Co., creating what the firm says is the county’s largest accounting office and necessitating the moves to various offices.
The auditing and accounting practices will be housed in a Segerstrom building near South Coast Plaza that had been the old Deloitte offices and will occupy the same 44,000 square feet that Deloitte rented there.
The recently completed 11-story building into which the tax department and real estate consulting business moved is the first at MacArthur Place, an office development planned to eventually reach 4.5 million square feet of space.
