The Wedtech Corp. defendant whose discredited testimony as a government witness prompted a federal appeals court to throw out convictions of three other defendants was sentenced to up to six years in prison for perjury. Anthony Guariglia, 39, the former president of the defunct Bronx military contractor, was sentenced to between two and six years for the state portion of his case.
